Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required for urgent care visits. We welcome walk-ins at both locations. You can also
book online ahead of time to help reduce your wait.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat most non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, infections, minor injuries,
sprains, fractures, cuts, rashes, and more. We also offer primary care services, physicals, and follow-up
visits.
Do you offer primary care or just urgent care?
We offer both urgent care and primary care. Patients can walk in for urgent needs, and eligible patients
may apply for ongoing primary care with our clinical team for long-term health management.
Do you have X-Ray on site?
Yes. Our Steele Creek urgent care offers on-site digital X-ray services. Our Plaza Midwood urgent care does not have X-ray on site, but if an X-ray is needed after your visit, we provide a Fast Pass so you can walk into our Steele Creek location for X-ray imaging. No repeat visit or wait required.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We treat children for most urgent care needs, including illnesses, minor injuries, and infections. If you
have questions about a specific concern, our team is happy to help.

Our healthcare membership is designed for uninsured patients and provides access to discounted visits
with a provider for primary care, sick visits, and follow-ups. New primary care patients must apply
separately.

We have two convenient locations in Charlotte — Plaza Midwood and Steele Creek. Both clinics are open
seven days a week with extended evening and weekend hours. Visit our locations page for addresses

How long is the wait at your urgent care?
Wait times vary depending on patient volume and time of day. We aim to see patients as efficiently as
possible, and booking online may help reduce your wait.
Is it better to walk in or book online?
Walk-ins are always welcome for urgent care visits. Booking online ahead of time is optional and may
help reduce your wait, but it is not required.
When should I go to the emergency room instead of urgent care?
Urgent care is appropriate for non-life-threatening conditions. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe
shortness of breath, signs of stroke, heavy bleeding, or other life-threatening symptoms, please call 911
or go to the nearest emergency room.
