The OneSpotMD Membership is a direct access program designed to make everyday healthcare affordable and predictable. It is NOT health insurance, but an alternative for those seeking other options besides insurance. Instead, it’s a simple monthly subscription that provides not only your annual preventative visit and labs (valued at $310), but also gives you access to low flat rate medical services at our physician-owned clinics.

Note: There is a $50 registration fee at the time of sign up. After the first year, there is an annual $50 administrative fee. Total due at sign up is $155 ($50 registration + $35/mo for first 3 months). Month-to-month billing of $35/mo begins after month 4.
How the Membership Works
With Urgent Care
Walk into either OneSpotMD location when you’re sick or injured. As a member, you’ll pay a discounted visit fee instead of the standard urgent care rate.

With Primary Care
If you’re looking for ongoing, preventive care or managing a chronic condition, your membership gives you discounted primary care visits.
You’ll still go through our primary care intake process, and once you’re an established patient, you’ll have access to:

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this health insurance?
No. The OneSpotMD Membership is a direct primary care membership program, not health insurance. It provides discounted access to our specific clinics and services.
Can I still use my health insurance?
If you have health insurance that we are in-network with, we can use your insurance for the visit. If we are not in-network with your insurance, then our membership is a much more affordable option rather than paying high deductible or out-of-network rates.
Is there a long-term contract?
We sign everyone up for a minimum of 3 months. After that, it is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
Where are your clinics located?
We have two convenient locations in Charlotte: Plaza Midwood and Steele Creek. Services provided at these specific clinics are part of the membership program.
Can businesses sponsor this for employees?
Absolutely. Many small businesses use our membership to provide affordable healthcare access to their teams. Contact us for business details.
Is preventive care included?
One annual wellness physical, urinalysis, CBC, CMP, Lipids, and A1C are included. Other preventive services like colonoscopies, mammograms, Pap smears, or vaccinations are NOT included. We can refer you for these services, but you will be responsible for the cost.
What if I need a specialist or hospital care?
We will do everything within our scope of practice. If a provider determines you need higher-level care (ER, hospital, specialist), we will refer you out. You will be financially responsible for any care received outside of OneSpotMD.
Does the membership include virtual visits?
Yes! Members have access to both in-clinic and virtual telehealth visits for their discounted member rate.
What is NOT included in the membership?
The membership offers discounted services exclusively at OneSpotMD clinics. It does NOT include care received at other providers, specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, or ERs. Any services outside our clinic are your financial responsibility.
Is there any other fee?
Yes, there is an annual $50 administrative fee.
Is there a fee for the annual physical and labs?
The annual physical and specific labs (CBC, CMP, Lipids, A1C, Urinalysis) are included once a year at no extra cost. Any additional labs will be available at our discounted member rate.
What if I need labs or X-rays?
We have on-site digital X-ray and lab capabilities. For members, X-ray cost with radiologist reading is $40. Most labs start at $10-15. If you have questions about a specific type of lab cost for members, please reach out to us.
